Terms of Participation
The delivery of a value study is conditional upon an initial assessment
meeting and qualification by Fujitsu Siemens Computers. The scope
of the value study must include all aspects of the data centre, and will
require allocation of resources from the recipient. The value study is
also conditional upon the recipient signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement
protecting both parties.
Any company who receives the value study agrees to assist Fujitsu
Siemens Computers in developing a case study highlighting the nature
of product, services or solution provided by Fujitsu Siemens Computers
and the anticipated business benefits to be derived as a result.
They also agree to allow Fujitsu Siemens Computers to use their name
as a participant in the value study and to issue a press release detailing
the top line results of the value study.
Fujitsu Siemens Computers will not use the case study or press release
until they have been approved by the customer. These may be used for
general marketing purposes, including: reference on the Fujitsu Siemens
Computers’ website, references for new customers, and the use of
previously approved quotes verbatim in any other media.
The offer of a free value study is open to FTSE 350 organisations. Any
other interested organisations may be subject to a charge for the service
at the discretion of Fujitsu Siemens Computers.
Operating costs include but are not limited to personnel, software licenses
and electricity.
